I want to change the color/size
Changing the size or color of a product is completely free of charge. Once we have received your package, we will start repacking and send you a new shipment. If the new size is out of stock, we will contact you by email.
1. Buy shipping at Postnord, "Send home" and post it to the address:

2. Take a picture or forward the shipping receipt and send to kontakt@rydebergstudio.se
3. Post at your service point.
PAYMENT/REFUND
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 20 days of receiving your package. The products returned must be in their original condition. This means that the products must not be used or washed, and they must also be returned in their original packaging. If there are stains, damage or anything else that makes the product unsalable, the return will be refused.
We strive for sustainable e-commerce and hope that you will be satisfied and want to keep the product. If you wish to return your product, please contact us at kontakt@rydebergstudio.se.
When returning, you as the customer are responsible for any shipping costs and other fees. Rydeberg is not responsible for delays or lost packages. All refunds are made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase. We work to get the refund as quickly as possible, usually within 14 working days.
Products that for hygienic reasons are not subject to the right of return are, for example, underwear.
I want to make a complaint
We strive for all our products to maintain the highest quality. If you suspect that any item is defective upon receipt, please submit a complaint as soon as possible. In your report, we would like you to describe the perceived problem, indicate which article it applies to and attach clear pictures taken in good light that show the error.
